Bob McCrea, P.E.
Bob McCrea has worked in the emulsion industry specializing in resurfacing emulsions and chip seal designs since 1987.   Mr. McCrea is a professional engineer who spent 17 years with the U.S. Forest Service responsible for highway design, facility design, road transportation system management and maintenance.   He is a Member of A.S.C.E., is past president of the California Chip Seal Association and one of its Lifetime Achievement Award recipients.   Mr. McCrea is a past Industry Co-Chair for the Fog and Rejuvenating Sub-Task group for the Caltrans-sponsored Pavement Preservation Task Group.   Mr. McCrea is a graduate of California State Poly Technical University Pomona.
Kevin Donnelly 
Serving Southern California, Kevin Donnelly brings significant local government experience to Western Emulsions customers from his former role as Transportation Division project manager for the Santa Barbara County Public Works Department.   Mr. Donnelly developed his expertise in asset management and network level road system planning and funding through leading that county’s Pavement Management System and Annual Road Maintenance Annual Plan (RdMAP) since 2000.    Prior to serving as project manager, Kevin held management positions supporting the county with complex research for its GIS system, pavement preservation and asset management, and developing presentations for its elected officials and other local, regional and state agencies.
Sean Pellersels
Sean Pellersels is our Regional Sales Manager serving the Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota markets.  Mr. Pellersels started his career in the asphalt industry nearly two decades ago as in marketing with Koch Materials.   He has been a board member of the Wyoming Contractors’ Association-Associates Division and past president of the Montana Contractors’ Association-Associates Division.   A Kansas native, Mr. Pellersels is a graduate of Kansas State University.

Matt Conarroe
Matthew Conarroe is currently the Western Emulsions’ Marketing Manager for Southern California.  He brings to the team 14 years of experience in Public Works Inspection and roadway materials testing.  As a Senior Public Works Inspector and Field Supervisor, Matthew has inspected and tested all aspects of roadway construction from new highway construction to innovative pavement preservation systems, and was responsible for training and oversight of other field personnel. Matthew has also worked closely with many local agencies to help develop and implement field inspection and training programs.
Doug Olsen
Doug Olsen has joined Western Emulsions as Regional Sales Manager for Nevada, parts of Northern California and Oregon. Mr. Olsen has more than 25 years experience in the pavement maintenance field placing numerous products and technologies, including slurry, microsurfacing, chip seals, and other emulsion-based products. As a former General Manager for Intermountain Slurry Seal, and Regional Manager for Colas Solutions, Mr. Olsen has extensive experience from both a contracting and supplier perspective in markets throughout the western United States.

Del "Mo" Henman
Del "Mo" Henman has joined Western Emulsions as sales representative for the Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota Region. Mr. Henman retired from his position as Asst. Road and Bridge Director from the Yellowstone County Road and Bridge Department after 30 years of service. He was responsible for the maintenance and construction of 1500 miles of county roads, and personally worked with the processing of paved, R.A.P. millings and gravel road maintenance. Mr. Henman has lived in Laurel Mt. for entire life and is married to his high school sweetheart Mary. They have three adult children, and five grandchildren. Mo enjoys the outdoors along with hunting and fishing.
