WESTERN EMULSIONS NAMES MARK HAPP VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tucson, AZ -- 1/1/2013 -- Western Emulsions Inc. has named Mark Happ as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the regional asphalt emulsions manufacturer and leader in asphalt pavement preservation technologies. Mr. Happ brings to Western Emulsions more than 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, tax, human resources, information technology and general management.

Mark is known for his highly disciplined financial management and has a successful track record with companies with comparable valuations.”
Prior to joining Western Emulsions, Mr. Happ served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FCC Environmental, where he oversaw the transition of the Hydrocarbon services division of Siemens Water Technologies to new ownership under FCC.
Previously, Mr. Happ was Finance Director of US Filter Process Water Group as well as Sarbanes Oxley Officer for Siemens Water Technology - Services Division with revenues approaching $500 million. Prior to US Filter, Mr. Happ spent 17 years in the medical device industry as a finance executive for a leading manufacturer of cardiac pacemakers.
A Tucson resident, Mr. Happ is a graduate of Marquette University. He has earned several post-graduate professional certifications including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
